Shipping Details
- All orders will be shipped via FedEx/UPS Next Day service.
- Please open the box as soon as you receive it and keep all products in the freezer until consumption.
- Order processing will take 1-2 days.
- Ship out will be Monday through Thursday except Federal Holidays (No ship out on Fridays).
Shipping Restrictions
- We ship within USA with some restrictions.
- Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii vary in availability.
- Please contact us to ensure it is deliverable via FedEx before placing an order.

Return Policy
- Refunds are issued on damaged products only.
- Please send us pictures of damaged product with time stamp to info@manabe-and-co.com.
- Upon review, we’ll refund or replace your product.
- We cannot accept returns due to shipping of perishable products.
